Return and Exchange Policies
Effective June 15, 2025
Thank you for shopping with AoDaiUS! While we do not accept cancellations or returns, we do offer a one-time size exchange (not style exchange) for eligible items.
✅ Size Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are only available for the same style in a different size, and only if the item is currently in stock.
- Style changes are not allowed.
- If your desired size is unavailable, we cannot offer a different style as a substitute.
- Final sale items are not eligible for exchange
🚫 Pre-Order Items
- Pre-order Áo Dài are custom-made and therefore not eligible for exchange.
- Please note that due to 3D/4D-style printing and screen display settings, slight color variations may occur. These are not considered defects.
- We may be able to assist with minor length adjustments (top or pants)—please contact us in advance to confirm with our tailor.
🚫 Accessories
- Accessories such as pants (sold separately), headbands, Tết decorations, books, and other non-Áo Dài items are not eligible for exchange.
📅 Exchange Process & Timeline
Step 1 – Contact Us Within 3 Days
- Please reach out within 3 days of receiving your order.
- Email aodaius.sales@gmail.com or message us to confirm size availability.
Step 2 – Place a New Order
- Due to limited inventory across platforms, please place a new order for the correct size.
- At checkout, please add a note: “This is a size exchange” and include your original order information.
Step 3 – Return the Original Item Within 7 Days
- Please ship back the original Áo Dài within 7 days of placing your new order. Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility; please purchase and use your own return label.
- Item must be in new condition: unworn, unwashed, odor-free, stain-free, and with all tags attached.
- Please include your new order number in the return package.
Step 4 – Refund Processing
- After we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund for the original product (excluding shipping) will be issued within 1–3 business days.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
International Shipping Notice:
For some countries, your local post office may issue a notice requiring payment of import taxes or fees before delivery.
If you receive such a notice, please follow the instructions to complete payment.
If you do not receive a notice, please contact your local post office directly.
If the required fees are not paid and the item is returned to us, we will only refund the item cost, not the shipping fee, as the delay was not the seller’s fault.
